Impressed with the quality of these brushes!

This is the first time I've tried this style of makeup brushes and I have to say I've been pretty pleased with the results. I use one of the larger brushes to apply my foundation and find that it easily helps me to apply an even coat. So much so that it appears that I'm not wearing foundation (as it should be).<br /><br />I have mixed feelings about the smaller brushes and using them for things like eye makeup. Personally, I did not find them to be as effective as the provided tool that came with the makeup. Perhaps that is just me and I'm lacking the proper technique so far. I am not giving up! :)<br /><br />Overall, I love this set! The color of the handles is shiny and attractive to me visually. The bristles on the brushes is soft, yet they are packed so tightly that you get firm support from them. Honestly, I was quite surprised at how firm they were (not prickly, just not bendy). I use a light hand with them and I have had no issues thus far. I've been using them for a couple months now and have yet to notice a single strand escaping. I really feel like this set will last me for a long time to come and I plan on taking great care of them! I feel that the price for this set is fair, I have several different makeup brush sets ranging in price and I have to say that you get what you pay for.<br /><br />I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
